The terms and conditions written below are relevant to all users of MyiParts.co.uk. If you are using MyiParts.co.uk, you are automatically complying with our terms and conditions of use. Any orders placed signify your individual acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please read these carefully. You may print a copy of our terms and conditions for your own reference if required.

Your statutory rights are not affected. 'MyiParts', 'MyiParts.co.uk' ‘us’ and ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website as a business with the registered address of 2 Horton House, 8 Ditton Street, Ilminster, Somerset, TA19 0BQ. 'You' refers to your individual self, yourself representing your business or company or whomever is responsible for purchasing for your company.

Availability of goods

All products and parts are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw from the website any time without notice.
If you have placed an order for a product or part and it is unavailable, we will refund the exact amount, allow you to order a different item or allow you to wait for named product or part to become available again.

Please understand that coloured items may vary in shade compared to those displayed. If you are not happy with the colour then you can return the item (customer pays return postage costs) for a full refund.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded™ or Royal Mail Special Delivery™ to ensure safe receipt of your package. We cannot be held liable for any delay in shipping caused by courier or any other unforeseen circumstance or event beyond our reasonable control. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Packages are generally dispatched the same day with orders made before 2pm monday - firday and before 10.30am saturdays.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address entered into your account and/or on your order is correct. Failure to provide a correct address resulting in difficulties or failure shipping cannot be refunded or reclaimed.

During British bank holidays, we recommend placing an urgent order in advance. We cannot guarantee operation times of our couriers.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.


Payment & Pricing

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Bank transfer, cash on collection from our office address.

We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices on all parts, services and items listed on the website due to adjustments in our supplier’s pricing or imposition of any taxes or duties.

If a price his been mistyped in error, we reserve the right to refuse sale at that price should an order be placed. If in the unlikely event this occurs, you will be contacted via e-mail to inform you of the error and apologise. We will inform you of the correct price. It is then up to you to decide if you would like to go ahead with the purchase of the item at it’s correct price or remove from your order. Your order will be placed on hold until a solution is reached. 

If we suspect fraudulent activity on your account associated with an order, we reserve the right to place your order on hold while we perform relevant investigations.


Privacy & Cookies

We are committed to ensuring your privacy remains protected. We will only use information that needs to be collected from you legally in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Basic information is only collected from you to ensure any orders are processed properly. None of the information recorded on our system is passed on to any third parties. If in the unlikely event your information needs to be passed for your benefit, this will only ever be done so with your written consent.

The information we hold will not be transferred outside the EEA at any given time.

Your personal information is held in accordance with our company’s security policy and UK law.

You are free to enquire or question us regarding the information we hold within your account. Please email us if you would like copies of any information forwarded. Any information you deem to be inaccurate or sensitive will be deleted or amended upon request immediately. You are free to terminate your account with us at any time and all personal information held will be deleted permanently.

Your user account is kept secure with your personal password that is placed when creating the account. MyiParts will never ask you for any passwords either for our website or any other website/service.

Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognise your device. We use cookies for Identifying you when you sign-in to our site. This allows us to provide you with product recommendations, display personalised content, keeping track of items stored in your shopping basket, preventing fraudulent activity and improving security

Refunds, Returns, Losses, Exchanges

You have the right to return your faulty good within 7 days of receipt. 

It is only possible to return an item to us if it is defective or was supplied to you in error.

To request a refund or replacement, you will need to contact us at contact@myiparts.co.uk. Please provide your order number and the product(s) you would like refunded or replaced and your reasons.

If products have been installed, opened or tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement.

You will be responsible for shipping costs involving any products returned for refund or replacement to us. Recorded and insured delivery is recommend to ensure our safe receipt of the package.

If you need to return any item(s) due to an error that is our fault, we will refund your delivery costs at our own discretion.

Repair Services

Our repair service is available but not restricted to the devices listed. If you require a repair not displayed please contact at contact@myiparts.co.uk.

Typically repairs are completed and returned the same day unless otherwise stated. You should however allow MyiParts 24 hours to complete your repair.

All repairs are covered by our standard 90-day warranty.

Replacement parts

Unless otherwise stated, parts purchased from MyiParts do not include tools or installation instructions. A trained repair technician should install all parts.

Trade accounts

Normal accounts can be upgraded to trade for trade customers only by filling out a contact form requesting upgrade.

We will need to see a form of identification and proof of business eg. website, business document, Google places page etc.

Trade accounts benefit from discounts on all products. Prices and discount rates can vary at any time without notice.

There is no fixed rate of discount and percentages or amounts vary between items.

Typographical Errors 

In the unlikely event that you notice any typographical errors on the website, please contact us via email. This may be misleading to you or any other customer and we will have it corrected as soon as possible.


We offer a 100-day warranty on parts. The warranty covers the part for functioning or cosmetic failure not caused by accidental damage. If the part is seen to have been accidentally damaged by customer, warranty becomes void. 

If warranty is valid, we will replace the part or issue a credit note. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs in returning the item.

All content on MyiParts.co.uk is protected under the international copyright law. This includes logo, website design, product images, product descriptions, category images, category descriptions, SEO and all other text and content. Please note that MyiParts.co.uk will always ensure necessary legal action is taken when any part of our website, design, logo, SEO, text, images or any other protected content is found being used without prior consent or arrangement.
